Vestibular physiotherapy is an effective therapy and exercise based program. It improves the symptoms of dizziness, vertigo and unsteadiness resulting from inner ear conditions such as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and vestibular neuritis.
Vestibular rehabilitation is effective in reducing dizzy symptoms with movement, improving balance, and steadiness during walking, reducing the risk of falls and improving confidence and endurance.
Clinical Pilates is a unique and effective whole body exercise which focuses on " the mind and body, and looking at “core” muscle strengthening. Clinical Pilates is run by a physiotherapist and utilises pilates equipment such as the trapeze table, reformer, balance boards, fit balls and pilates mat.
Our physiotherapists can utilise the Clinical Pilates concept and combine this with their physiotherapy skills to assess and create a therapeutic program specifically for you and your needs.
Dry needling is one form of treatment modalities using a technique of inserting a single-use sterile needle into a muscular trigger point to help release tight muscles. Dry needling can be also effective in relieving nerve related pain.

The GLA:D (Good Living with Osteoarthritis from Denmark) program is an exercise program, that is specifically targeted at people who have knee or hip osteoarthritis (OA). The aim of the program is to reduce the client’s symptoms of OA therefore improving their overall function and mobility.
The GLA:D program has been shown to not only reduce a client’s OA pain and delaying the needs for joint replacement surgeries, but also increase their mobility and overall quality of life.
